Energy certification of buildings according to the Decree 9/2023 (25.V.) on the determination of the energy performance of buildings. The result is the issue of a certified energy performance certificate, which includes the energy performance of the building with an assessment of the boundary structures and technical building systems. The energy performance certificate includes the various energy modernisation proposals and technical solutions for achieving the "good" and "excellent" levels under the Regulation, as well as a renovation passport summarising them.
A certified energy performance certificate is a mandatory technical document in many tenders and is also required in the case of sale of a property.
In addition to a certified energy performance certificate for the existing condition, an energy performance calculation can also be carried out for the planned condition, including an analysis of several modernisation options (e.g. modernisation of the boundary structures, replacement of windows and doors, installation of a heat pump heating system, etc.). If required, we can also provide a cost estimate and a return on investment calculation for the proposed investment.
