Once the plans have been drawn up, the designer's work does not usually end when construction starts. The interpretation of the plans must be assisted, the condition of the structure affected by the renovation after demolition must be checked and, if necessary, a revision of the plans must be prepared. As a designer, we accompany the project through the design process.
As a general designer, we are able to undertake design supervision for all disciplines. The task of the relevant section is to contribute to the full implementation of the building in accordance with the architectural and technical plans and to help resolve any technical issues or problems that may arise during the construction phase.
These occasions should always be chosen in the light of the specificities of the construction site. Based on the Code of the Hungarian Chamber of Architects, it is recommended that the following processes should be used for the design visits:
-
setting out
-
foundation
-
ascending structures
-
construction of slabs
-
construction of the roof structure
-
engineering works
-
electrical works
-
insulation
-
specialist works (space delimitation, tiling, facade construction),
-
Completion of the works (compulsory planning visit).
