The aim of the community development strategy is to map and summarise the current community and cultural life of the settlement, to provide development proposals in line with the expectations and tasks defined in the legislation, to inspire and support the work of the local community organiser as follows:
- promoting belonging to the local community and society, so that everyone belongs to something and to someone, lives in a community and social embeddedness, has the chance to improve his/her own living conditions and is able to participate in collective action for positive change,
- to create a healthy, vibrant, growing community in which residents seek opportunities to improve their lives and are active participants in building the kind of local society they want for themselves,
- encouraging cultural activity, involvement in organising and shaping local cultural life, and developing cultural participation,
- strengthening the local community's capacity for initiative and action through the discovery, awareness-raising, mobilisation, renewal and transmission of values, in active cooperation with local communities and cultural institutions,
- shaping local social relations, resolving conflicts and creating conditions for cooperation.
